From Lino was an idea baked out of curiosity. Can food be delicious and nutritious? Do sabores Dominicanos blend with European baking techniques? Can we create a bakehouse that centers on locally-sourced ingredients? Can a bakehouse be more than just a bakehouse?
The answer is From Lino—an Afro-Dominican Panadería and culinary love letter to our community.
We are on a mission to craft intentional, unforgettable experiences that celebrate Dominican cultura, prioritize local ingredients, and help bring our community together—all while working to create a ripple effect across the industry that will ensure culinary creatives receive fair and equitable wages.
And that curiosity with which we started? It lives on in our unique, exciting, finger-lickin’ menu, which features our classic sourdough staples and a series of seasonal rotating pancitos, comiditas, and baked delights that’ll make you say, “¡Que Ricura!”
