Help on Transaction Reports

Where are receipts and information on promotions I have reserved or purchased?

When logged in, you can view all your purchases and bookings by clicking on "My tickets bought" from the drop-down user menu at the top right of your screen.

You can also access this information under the "My Pages" menu on your user profile page.

Where are all my transaction reports?

When logged in, you can view all transactions that have been made through your account.

You can view reports of all who have purchased your promotions. Reports can be viewed simply by accessing your user profile page and accessing the desired link.

My Orders: All orders you have made

My Sales: All sales you have made

Promo ticket holders: All individual ticket holders for your promotions (remember one client can order many tickets, so you have a sales report with all orders made, but also this report showing the individual ticket numbers.

My Payouts (all payments received)

My Tickets Bought (All tickets you have bought). Remember one order can contain many tickets. Hence the report of orders you have made is different from the report of the individual tickets)
