Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the content you provide as well as for honoring any promises you make or imply to other users of comingnextdoor.com.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
Comingnextdoor.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Refunds are guided by ComingNextDoor refund guidelines as well as Service Providers Refund policies (if posted on a Service Provider's promotion description page), and local laws applicable where the service is provided. Before purchasing a promotion listed by a Service Provider, check the promotion description for refund information.
Indemnification
As a user, you are responsible for your actions and transactions while using ComingNextDoor Services. You therefore indemnify and release ComingNextDoor from any damages or claims that result from your use of the Service.
Disclaimer
ComingNextDoor will do its best to give you the best service possible and in good faith. However, the quality of services offered by Service Providers is out of our control. Every Service Provider is responsible for the service quality they provide Residents.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
