What are the different ComingNextDoor subsription prices?

All our subscriptions are free for all users! All you need to do is sign up to get your free account. Different subscriptions provide you access to different tools depending on your needs.

Can I pay a flat rate to sell on ComingNextDoor?

Our commissions are are so favorable that we recommend you sign up to promote and sell your services on commission. However, upon sign up for our NexDoor subscription package, we provide you the option to pay a flat renewable annual rate that permits you to sell without commissions to ComingNextDoor.

How are commissions on sales or other fees calculated?

There are three types of charges that may apply when you decide to sell or make use of certain services on comingnextdoor.com:

  1. ComingNextdoor Commission: This is a percentage of the transaction amount that goes to ComingNextDoor. Generally, during subscription, the rate that applies to you is displayed. This is usually 7% of the transaction costs except otherwise agreed upon subscription. Agreed case by case rates are applied for subscribers to our CND Package as well as other ComingNextDoor partners.
  2. Online payment charges: When consumers buy your services on comingnextdoor.com, the may pay via different payment gateways (Paypal, Authorize,net, or other available secure credit card processors) convenient to them. The charge implemented by these gateways (usually about 3% of the transaction amount) is deducted from the transaction amount.
  3. Extra Advertisement Costs: These are costs that apply when you want your banner or Advert to appear on specific predetermined positions on comingnextdoor,com. When applicable, the conditions will be explicitly spelled out. Generally you will have to contact us via email for specific and optimized proposals suitable for your business.

When you setup to sell your services on ComingNextDoor, you pay nothing upfront! Our pricing is commission based. If you don't sell, you don't pay us! For each sale you make through ComingNextDoor, we charge a small percentage plus standard applicable payment processing charges imposed by payment gateways you choose to use (PayPal, Authorize.net, or other available gateways).
